We’re eating fried chicken, and ribs. And drinking beer. And everyone else can bring the food except the ribs and fried chicken. I over ordered on the fried chicken for myself because I love it.

Cajun is flavor, not automstically heat. The only peiple who make a spicy gumbo are Californians eho need to be thumped in the ear.
Cauldron of chicken and sausage gumbo it is. Okra would have to baked down to stop slimynwss (texture issue), so a ton of roux, chickens and sausage, bell pepper, onion, celery, baked down okra.
