Ha! LOL!
I love a nice fried chicken every now and then.

Lots of things with pork, chicken, and ground beef-pork with ready-made sauces. Sometimes, to cut costs, without sauces and just put some bullion and salt on whatever.
I only get beef if it’s on sale which is rarely.

Got dish pictures of these things?

What do you use instead of the salt packet, if you don’t use that?
I want to return to that, yet I want to use a healthy version and alternative to the salt packets. I will use broth that is low in sodium or something.
Just what do you do?
I don’t usually take pictures of food, sorry By the end, I get too tired to think of anything else but eating. Cooking isn’t something I particularly enjoy

I usually use the salt packet cause it’s much easier. And I like the flavour of Buldak hehe.
I do make sesame noodles sometimes ― just tossing fresh noodles & veggies in sesame oil, chili oil, soy sauce and vinegar

Take pictures off the internet is what I meant.

Here is something I wished I understood when asking you that question.

I am pretty sure that that food is handled differently in your country than it is mine. American foods aren’t the best, but the foods in the UK are different in how it’s handled through processing and all that.
-
So, I am foolishly thinking how food in America is done. Instant ramen is already highly salty with or without the seasoning salt packet, I wonder if it’s like that in every country that sells instant ramen. Are some saltier than others or what?
-
Which brand do you use exactly? Is it commonly sold in the UK or everywhere?
My apologies in advance.

Oh lol of course American food is different.
The ramen packs here aren’t that salty — or salty at all without the seasoning packs. I get them from my local Asian store who imports this stuff. I assume they wouldn’t be hard to get a hold of or differ in flavour. Here’s my instant ramen ranking:
-
Samyang Buldak - All the flavours including the insane spicy one from hell.
-
Nongshim Shin Ramyun is my choice for soupy noodles. Has a lovely spicy kick to it.
-
Samyang Hot Pepper Stir Fry - Not really my go-to but I like the flavour.
-
Nissin - Demae Ramen Sesame Noodles. Not spicy but good enough and super cheap.

Nothing easier to make at home than pasta with minced beef & either tomato sauce with seasonings or (if we’re feeling extra lazy/short on time) use Prego or Ragú sauce
Next easy thing to cook is fried eggs with white rice, that’s about the simplest protein + rice combination we make at home

It certainly did not come out looking like this, but this is what I was going for yesterday:
Just plain meatballs.
