Would my character still count as an antagonist in a way?

In Project Red, Jorildyn is my female main villain protagonist. However, Anjan is my secondary male main protagonist and is sorta the hero or rather anti-hero. Would Anjan be considered the antagonist still, since he is opposing Jorildyn who is my main villain yet main character?

I have been pondering this a lot. What are your thoughts on this?

Villain protagonists are rare but have a long history. Really, the antagonist defies the protagonist, and the protagonist doesn’t need to be a good person.
