Go with whatever idea you have, start from there.

Well I have one that I started and never finished it’s about a worrier who gets lost and then a really experienced hunter finds him.

Start from that and see where it takes you.

You can rewrite it as a first draft or zero draft until you are able to see where you want the story can take you.

Yeah, I’d write whatever you feel like writing at the moment and worry about the genre later. You’ll have to edit it anyway, so you can always see that you add the proper tropes when you’re done with the first draft. Inventing new genres seems to be a thing right now anyway, so it’s much more important to just write what’s in your heart and worry about classifying it later. (*＾-‘) 乃

Honestly? Just fart it out now. Fart out what you have and keep going. Do a zero draft. Then edit it and shape it. It’s the best way to go.

I have a cold now, but I’m getting tired of just being in bed, so let me see what I can say…

Have you written a book-length of a story before? Anything over 10k words?
What are the two ideas you have at the moment?
Which one are you gravitating more to?

The first one is no the most I’ve written was around 2k
Second one is yeah about the moon( a fictional story about a girl who likes to walk around at night and praises the moon) and the next one is about a warrior

That’s nice. Me and my sister used to do a project called “Wacky Wonders Circus” but now I think she decided to scrap it. Now I’m working on my own little project. (Idk what to call it yet still!)

Why’d this get flagged? I was just explaining a book I was making and a show my sister and I wanted to make before she decided to stop and make her own.
