Finished chapter 19 of Project Succession, which was exciting and full of twists and turns.
I loved this chapter! The next chapter is going to be intense.

I’m finally back home and have rested a day. It’s time for me to hold myself accountable and get some work done again. The last time I wrote, I was so close to finishing the segment that I mentioned wanting to finish in the first set of questions that were asked when this topic was started, but I had to take a break. It is high time I finished that!

Hell yeah! you got dis! I just finished a realllly rough go through on a hard section of mine. Now i’m onto the fun part with the characters I like the most. But, I’ve put zero thought in past the scene I’m on now lol.

I had a similar issue with what I’m working on. I had a beginning point for the scene planned out and the fact that it has to connect to something else, somehow; that’s it.
That is part of what has made it so hard to get through. It was great when I figured it out, but it was really stalling my progress through the story!

Man…personal growth is moving on with the story knowing the last chunk was bad and accepting i can fix it later. But omg does it hurt me to know how bad it is. Like i get having it down means it’ll be easier to polish. But ah.

Good, still planning Churroverse 2004 but am writing Vinnie + Yadriel in the meantime, to write something. It’s in the present day, and has links to Churroverse '04. I started this a long time ago. Vinnie and Yadriel. It’s still in the Churroverse though.
Zero/First drafts are always good to gauge a story.

I thoroughly appreciate the term churroverse. That makes me smile every time i read it lol. I do in theory have two galaxies in a bigger universe going on but i’m not sure i can come up with such a catchy name for it lol.

Grrr…Delimira is a horrible bitchy grandmother and terrible parent overall! I hate and love her malicious ways.

This is how I have organized the eras.
Galaxyverse? I dunno, lol. It’s really hard to come up with a name isn’t it? Universe. Planet names.
Not galaxy related. I have too intertwined mini universes lol. They’re technically connected and concurrent but not at the same time.
So organized! mines like some random folders that are maybe somewhat ordered by characters sometimes. My current project is kind of sort of organized by chunk in my story progression. The rest i have no clue. I have like five attempts on a story with unclear random names lol.
Or me putting story ideas at the bottom of totally unrelated stories hoping i may someday find them.

Idk then what to call it but that sounds cool.
At least you have folders made. Some people don’t lol. Characters is some form of order. Yeah, names can come later. Placeholder names are alright to use. I do that too lol.

I use notes for that lmfao or Notion, or on their current documents or else I’d never be able to find them:
Notion is a great app. You can hyperlink and store notes in it and it’s got a free version.
It was good for a bit, now not doing much-
I got to where I introduce the Hope Flowers (the group of cats who come to the Clans and tell them they know how to save the Spirit Cats), and some of the Clan cats going with them to do that.
To get good progress again (potentially finishing up the chapters, but if not, then at least getting a good amount done again)
Not entirely sure. Probably something like making a good schedule, or setting alarms (both for writing and making sure I take breaks from writing, to keep a good balance).
I hit the 60k mark for Project Succession! Woot! Woot!
I am moving on to chapter 23, ending on chapter 22 on a really great note.
Poor Lisselotte was getting jealousy of her cousin Aeris, when there was no need. The next chapter will focus on Aeris will be going to the Surface Realm. She needs sunlight, stat! Being cooped up underground, even though she is a magical vampire with other races in her blood, she hasn’t had sunlight in months.
