Aiden: “No, no, they attacked the kingdom that we did trade with. I just meant it was a similar situation, with them being controlled by the minion.”

Gio nods at Aiden. “Aww, it likes you. Be careful, you might leave with a few eggs,” he teases.
“Oh no, please hurry. Before they come back,” the lady pleads desperately.
“…Okay, well we can at least give him plot armor? Like, a shield he can find. Maybe another sword? Super speed?”

Melody:
Robin: “Yes, all of that sounds good-”

“Alright, let’s write in a broad sword maybe and a nice bulky shield and an increase in speed… I wonder how it looks on his end when it takes hold…”

Isaac proceeds to, out of nowhere, start sprinting at an increased speed, almost trip over both the sword and shield, and almost fall on the keys-

Gio: “How about we go to check out a potions class?”

Lockie waits to flip the page with a hope and a prayer that things go positively…
“What happened?!” the womanly voice shrill, almost sounding distressed.

A wolf appears out of nowhere and hides behind Gio
Everyone nods in interest, then blinks in surprise at the wolf.
“Oh, I almost tripped over a sword and shield because…I have super speed now?..ooh maybe these could be useful at some point!” Isaac says, picking them up, then goes to grab the keys again so he can maybe actually unlock the cell this time
Meanwhile Melody barely stops herself from grabbing his arm, watching nervously.
Gio blinks. He’s super warm to stand next to. “How’d you get in here?” He crouches down some to pet it because what’s he got to fear as the Devil’s son?
Does he unlock it? I’m so curious, hehe!
The hand keeps beckoning him.
The wolf whines like trying to explain something.
Also, she’s a mostly gray wolf…and may or may not have a green stripe from the top of her head to the tip of her tail
She’s also wearing some sort of necklace thing.

“Cool stripe.” Gio goes to touch the necklace. “And you’re collared? Are you a pet?”
The hand definitely goes for his neck first and it seems way longer than any normal one… It also has long claws at the end and looks discolored, almost gray…
The wolf shakes her head and yips quietly, nudging the necklace with her muzzle, which has an amulet shaped like a wolf head.
Aiden: Ooh shiny!
Sage: Ahem
Aiden: o_o
I just want to say the necklace actually appears in the story…and may or may not correlate to the wolf…who may or may not be a character who appeared like a year ago-
Isaac yelps and instinctively lifts the hand holding the shield.
Melody shrieks.
“Yeah, you are a wolf. Good girl, you’re so smart!” Gio pets her head happily.
I no remember! 
“Come here, you! I’m hungry!” a gravelly voice cackles like a mix between a demented witch and a discordant piano. The arm seems to extend even more.

Well, crap, that’s not good!" Lockie reads the sentences out loud. "Okay, we need to get them to an exit. Maybe then we can write them back into this world. We just need it to make sense so we don’t screw everything up and mess the story up in a crazy way.

I don’t think I mentioned the amulet then, but do you remember who has gray hair with green roots?
“Oh my gosh-” Melody squeaks.
