So, tell me, what is on your mind at the moment?

I did it. I made a 30-min video  It’s a bunch of random thoughts. No guarantee this will happen with other content.

They had the Japanese voice of Goku voice Eyeball Daddy in the 2018 series. It is hilarious to think about.

Could there be a cross-over story with Kitarou and Goku involved in one big incident? Would people watch? I bet it would be chaos.

That’d be adorable, and it’d mix better than a crossover with Percy Jackson. Now that is a crossover I need in my life.

Percy: I thought that Greek myths were weird enough, but you’re a human boy whose dad is a tiny eyeball!

Kitaro: I never said I was human.

Percy:

What the-?

What type of fantasy is it? Epic fantasy right?

The story takes place during the rise then the fall of the first civilization in the history of Earth, but it’s not historical fantasy.

We won’t see this type of setting in other novels, but only in a few underrated novels.

Like I get that medieval fantasy is the most popular and when things are popular, people just gravitate towards it. If it sells then why change what is going good, even if your tired and sick of it and not many share your sentiments.

Yet I prefer fantasy settings where magic and advanced technology are combined, but are modern, magically modern.

Thoughts and feelings?

If ā€œmedieval fantasyā€ can stop being elves and fairies, then, personally, I prefer some good old medieval fantasy. I wish there can be books like The Song of the Lioness by Tamora Pierce, or The Goose Girl by Shannon Hale. I miss those old-school types. But it seems like so much fantasy these days is more about characters being aesthetic in every which way possible and involved in some ridiculous teen romance.

Then again, not saying I would never read any other kind of fantasy because when I choose books, as long as it sounds interesting, and the first few pages pull me in, I would read it.

The very idea of the two of them interacting is so cursed I have to write it.

Yeah…

The current thing on my mind is I just spent a lot of money when I’m supposed to be saving up for our hopefully upcoming trip to Egypt . . .

And I don’t regret it :relieved:

In ways I am a terrible people pleaser.
Now, my mind is just a chaotic space and I’m unhappy.

If I could time travel to anywhere in the past, it would be to see dinosaurs, to see ancient china before foot-binding, and to see Ancient Egypt at its height in the New Kingdom.

I figure out that if I take my time on first drafts the ideas flow to me and become more coherent and I can have a good idea on how things turn out.

If I rush it, it’s a mess and I lost interest in it and don’t come back to it. It’s just sitting there.

I’d rather spend a month or two getting something down than three weeks and stopping near the end and giving up.

From spending time with Igor and Juan, I’ve fleshed out more ideas for them, and better plot lines and ways to link it all up.

I think I raised my desk a bit too high and I am not wanting to lower it down.

I made a thirty-min video

I can’t believe I am saying this, but I actually want to go food shopping.

I need to stock up on food for myself.
