So, tell me, what is on your mind at the moment?

I went earlier tonight :joy:

I don’t have the money to go now, but if I did then I would.
Yet I don’t have the money at the moment, so, yeah I am going to have to wait on it a bit.

Just as I was considering the cost and RoI of a Claude-3 Opus subscription (US - AUS exchange rates suck), the free open source alternative turns up.

Llama-3 is not available to the public, yet, although the next few months should be interesting for the field of AI software. GPT-5 / Claude-4 / Samantha* copy editor when?

I don’t know if it’s my depression making me irritable, things just being annoying, or both, but I’m getting really tired of hearing the same things all the time.

Going back to Project Succession. I went back to it last night.
For some reason, I wanted to finish where I left off and make the story better (mixture of the original and new ideas) for the editing.

So, I am back on Project Succession.

The creatures from Bird Box, just how big are they? Like in the car scene in the movie, when the characters had to drive to get food, they were driving blind. They were hitting the creatures and my initial thought was just how big they are. I don’t care what they look like, but rather how big they are (weird I know), because the characters were hitting the creatures on all sides and the creature has to be bigger than the car the characters were in.

Like the car (or rather SUV) had the windows covered, but the creatures were all over the place.

Just how big were they exactly?

Sorry for the late reply.
I tend to be like that.

As big as the plot demands!

Ah, I see.
I am going to agree with that.

I was also wondering if they flew or not, but that is a topic for another time that will never come.

Would you all read a slice-of-life existential crisis story with plenty of mishaps?

If it has humor, I’m generally for it. I didn’t do well with A Confederacy of Dunces, but that’s just one book.

Not really.

I have to be honest. The only way I would consume it if it wasn’t in novel format.

It has all sorts of random stuff in it. Will try and make it humorous. And interesting.

I can experiment with the format. And I’m can’t draw and the main character would look weird in anime form as well lol.

To me it’s all about the character development and internal conflict, so I’d definitely buy the ebook if it didn’t cost too much. I only read on my Kindle Fire. ( ˆ◡ˆ)۶ ٩(˘◡˘ )

Anything under $5 or £4 should be good! I’ve paid that much for absolutely terrible books by various writing advice YouTubers–you know the ones–argh. (-᷅_-᷄๑)

Yeah is gonna be interesting to be honest. I am gonna be experimenting with it.

And yeah I’d sell for 3.99 because it works. And kindle unlimited for the first one.

The phrase “the tea is poured and ready to be served” is slang in Project Succession that is a bit different than “spill the tea”.

It means, in regards to how Aeris said it to one character:

You look tired from running your mouth. Have a sip of tea, because you are a thirsty looking bitch and I am about to teach your ass about the class you clearly lack.

That’s it!

@Churro: Not so good with slang these days. LOL!
