The coal was for like disinfectant, I think. You crush it up and then use a shirt or something to get the “coal juice”…you steep it…I guess. I didn’t watch the entire video closely enough or listen to all the instructions. I just needed to know that it could be done, so I could make the MC list the ingredients she wished for.

This week’s character research question(s): are there certain brands or styles of underwear for overly-endowed men, with the design priorities of comfort, protection, and making the associated bulge / clothing print less noticeable?* Yes, but the concealment effects are limited depending on other clothing choices.

When women are lying beside a man, with their head on the chap’s lap, would the woman notice if her human-pillow was more endowed than predicted (or than she otherwise knew)? In most cases, yes. But general consensus is, if the woman is already that familiar with their male companion, she won’t care or won’t complain…Unfortunately, my story is set in Israel, and the film You Don’t Mess with Zohan is a documentary…
Follow-on question: are there any clothing options, or saddle designs, to minimise the risk of bruising or nerve damage from continuations cross-county horseback riding, that the above character may need to worry about (more than others)? A rider-tailored saddle is the preferred yet also expensive option. For clothing, no. But other protective sports attire might be a workable alternative…though probably with a high turnover rate…
Next question: Are Clydesdale horses a common breed on Australian cattle farms / cattle stations? Nope. The horse breed known as the Australian Stock Horse is a far better suited and more popular option for rural Australia.
Final question: Does the Australian Light Horse still exist as a Calvary / horse-based regiment? The Australian Army continues to maintain several units of the Light Horse, but they are either mechanised infantry or tank divisions. Horse riding is reserved for ceremonial duties.

That is a fair point. Like how does he even have them? Their bodies aren’t exactly functioning as a living person would. Why would it waste time making them?
