Summary
I have only read about a few around the world. Women are more likely to murder their children and partners separately and for very different motives, whereas men are more likely to be family annihilators. There are many reasons why women might murder their children, from postpartum psychosis, maltreatment, or spousal revenge. When it comes to spouses, though, we get into black widow territory (women who murder multiple husbands for money/material gain). Otherwise, it’s self-defense or revenge.

I think I can only point you to one case, it’s recent and in the US-however it is better described as a mass killing because the woman’s husband was at work and wasn’t killed.
