My Turn:
Right now it is and has been Project Succession. It is still Project Succession even while it is reborn as Project Truth.
Not gonna lie I think about writing other novels to branch out my focus. There isn’t a novel I plan on publishing yet, it is far too early for that.
I LOVE, LOVE Project Truth (formerly Project Succession), at the same time I want to see if I am able to do the same with any other Alagossian project.
Still, working on too many novels, is bad for me.
I don’t have titles for mine yet. I just call them the Marilyn Monroe project and the Song of Achilles project since I know what I mean by that. I can’t focus on either one of them at the moment, but SoA has the edge. I’m going to try re-outlining it and see if that helps. ÂŻ\_(ď˘)_/ÂŻ
You did mention how much you love the book.
What has that book done for you that other books just didn’t?
Even though I have several WIPs in the works, my Synthetic series is the one that has my main focus. While I’m trying to get beta readers for the second draft of the first book in my Synthetic series, I tried to start a new story to keep my writing skills honed while I wait to start the third drafft of Synthetic: Genesis. But, unfortunately, I only got 5 or 6 chapters in before falling away from it and haven’t touched it in about a month. I think it’s because, with my Synthetic series, I have a message that means something to me that I am writing for. It has a greater purpose. The other one’s are just purely for entertainment and don’t have as much meaning. So I don’t stick with them for very long. I think if I were to think them through more thoroughly and find the specific themes I want to portray in the stories, I might have a better time sticking to them. But at the same time, I don’t want to get too involved with any other stories, because my Synthetic series is so close to my heart, and I really want to publish it and get it out into the world to share with others. So I want to keep my focus on it until I can accomplish that.

Yep. I really needed the break because all 3 of my kids are at the “bug mom” stage.
Right now, my mystery series “Beyond Dark” takes up most of my writing focus, but on the side I have a mystery novella series and have been diving back into some world building for a fantasy series from years ago. “Beyond Dark” is the one I am focused on publishing right now, hence why it has most of my attention. I have other projects I want to do too but they need to wait for now.
i don’t know if that stage ends tbh. i still go home to bug my mom.
I did it as an adult, too. But this specifically is noisemaking between 3 young kids, which is a bit taxing.

Queen of Darkness would be the one I’m focusing on. It’s the next novel I intent to publish in my series so that’s hardly a surprise 
I also have a few short stories in the works but those are more “When I feel like it” ones. I HOPE to get QOD out sometime in 2026

Probably a little different to everyone elses but Night of the Lycan :s It’s basically done, I literally need to just write one final scene, and I can’t move on to the next project til it’s published, but I just can’t bring myself to write it (I tried writing other stuff, but nada). Was meant to have it live on Amazon by the full moon LAST MONTH. Oops.
