He stumbles out of the bushes, looking shocked.
Amethyst: Who are you? And…why were you in the bushes?

At first, Stardust scowls at Casus, but she instantly re-evaluates. “No, this is no foe, this is an ally,” she explains to Amythest. “Who are you,” she asks Casus. “And… yeah. Why were you in the bushes?”

“Oh, I’m sorry if I startled you,” Casus says. “I made a portal for me and my sister to go somewhere else, but something happened while we were using it and I ended up here.”
He realizes his sister isn’t with him.
“Oh shit…”

Stardust stares for just a moment, processing. “Let me get this straight. You opened a portal for you and your sister.You went through, but she didn’t?” Stardust rubs her temples. “Well, that’s messy. Now we’re looking for a cat, a dog, and a sister.”

“Oh, no, she went in the portal with me, but whatever happened to the portal to make me end up here must have also made her end up somewhere else.”
Casus scratches his head.
“A dog and a cat, you say?”
Amethyst quickly explains.

“Hmm.” Stardust rubs her chin. “I know a portal expert. But uhh, I probably can’t reach her from here.” She furrows her brows. “I can try, though? She taught me some stuff.”

Both me and Hailey to the tilt: “That was adorable.” Hailey reaches to shake her hand back. “Not at all. I have a horrible sense of direction.” She blushes slightly.“I’m supposed to be helping someone build a cottage in the woods.” She looks at Amethyst.“Hi. I’m Hailey.” She reaches to shake their hand too.
“…” His eyes go wide.“I don’t know why I didn’t put those together.” Gio laughs.“Good talk.” He stands.
I don’t think they’ve gone for food yet, so they could do that next and connect with the other group?
“Well, you saw our scarab beetles. Their legs are as big as whole turkeys.” Lockie shows them where to grab some stuff. She starts grabbing plates and bowls and utensils because this section is buffet-style.
…I’m judging both of them.
Denzel notices his face. “Have you tried this?” He sounds so excited and tells him what he calls his new creation.
“Aww.” Pat is truly just his own background sounds. He notices Jacob and smiles. “You look like a proud dad,” he whispers.

Melody starts grabbing random food items to put on her plate.
Robin actually looks at the food items before he grabs them-
They just be loving food
“No, I haven’t,” Issac shakes his head “but it looks good!”
Next scene: when the king proposed. He’s holding a crown made out of a bunch of flowers.
This scene also includes Buddy, who’s collar has a heart shaped tag just for the moment.

“What’s adorable? And, did you walk here? So, if we went that way-” she points in the direction Hailey came from, “we could get out of here and get our bearings?”
“I’ll try,” Stardust agrees, “but I need to know where we’re going, first. What’s it called?”
Currently panicking a little because I forgot how portals/teleporting work in Yessei’s universe lmao so I forgot their limitations.

“Oh. Well, I just popped over from Amsterdam, beautiful place, truly. Have you ever been?” She starts walking her through some trees, really hoping that leads them out.
(It probably will and right into a clearing surrounded by trees with the dilapidated house that she was looking for in the middle.)

“Do you remember giving someone a ladder?”
“The place the portal was supposed to take us? It’s called Uclialan,” Casus explains.
He follows them, glancing at Hailey when she mentions that.

A woman with long, black hair and oversized canines appears in a green flash, sitting on Stardust’s shoulders.
“Oh,” Yessei taunts with a grin. “So I’m just a portal master and not a friend?” She scoffs. Stardust rolls her eyes.
