I use Procreate on the iPad, but I touch up with Photoshop CS6. I couldn’t get use to entirely draw on Photoshop even though I do graphic :pleading_face:

I def think I need to experiment with fonts more. I got a bunch of new don’t with Canva that I didn’t have when I made this, so it will be fun.
I’ll try! After all, if I feel there’s something wrong with it, what harm is there in letting others give feedback, right? :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

@scmimi same I couldn’t do touch ups on ps, I’m never satisfied with it so I’m looking into buying smth else to use. Thank you! I’ll look into those as well

@Spider-Hawk That’s true! Everyone here is so supportive and encouraging after all so there’s really no harm done with asking for advice. We’re all growing as designers, why not do it together

Ooh those are really good for something you did on your phone then o.o

I was going to suggest making the text in the first aesthetic look neon but I don’t think that would be doable so I’ll just comment on the cover.

So firstly, I think the title might look better centered with maybe a different color but this one works too if you can’t find any other that fits after playing around with it. For the author name, I like to have it in simple text in a way that looks non-obtrusive on the overall cover but that might be a matter of preference… I would probably add a dark gradient to the bottom and add the name in maybe a light green without the outline.

I absolutely love the pictures you chose for the mood boards though. I still don’t know how people come up with what kinds of things to put on those xD

Ooh, that would be really cool! I’ll keep that in mind in case I can find some way to do that.

I tried to center it at some point but I couldn’t do it with the app I had at the time. A dark gradient like a vintage-kinda gradient? I didn’t think of that o.O

It actually takes me so long to come up with photos to use. I use all free images (except for the idol pictures) and often find things that are the wrong color or the wrong undertone. I have a couple ones in-the-making cause I can’t find enough images.
